Blessed beyond belief:)

This time last year there is no way I could've imagined where I would be a year later. I was blessed beyond belief with my career and amazing friends that I love so much. So for this year I'm starting to write down some goals, however, I am excited to see what really happens. So, as the Holidays are settling down I encourage you to be thinking and WRITE down the goals you want to meet for 2007. Key word is WRITE, in case you didn't notice:) It's been proven that you are more likely to accomplish your goals if you write them down, so do it:)

I'm back in beautiful Santa Barbara. I came back yesterday and every time I return I'm reminded on how blessed I really am.
Today as I was sitting and finishing up some designs I was also reminded that I have the most amazing family, friends, and business. I don't deserve any of them and I pray that I will be less selfish this coming year. After spending a week with my family I realized that I don't nearly give or help enough, and that is something I want to change.


I want to introduce you to an important person in my life. She is known for being uplifting, giving, loving, and is the definition of unselfish in my book:) My Mom:)

Wow, I can't believe how long it's been since I've blogged:O I've spent the last week at my parents for the holidays and they don't even have dial up anymore. Wow, how do they survive:P You also won't believe this, I didn't check my e-mail or even get on a computer for three days:) Crazy huh???? I've had an amazing week though, hanging with friends and spending quality time with family. On Christmas Eve I had the opportunity to do a photo shoot with three of the cutest kids:) I use to baby sit Stephanie and now she's in Highschool. Tooooo weird. Any ways, they were a joy and delight to be around and I laughed so hard when photographing them. The little one, Tony, is a handful and has so much energy so I would have him run, roll down hills, and jump on his brother and sister. That did the trick and we all had a blast:)

Well I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and I look forward to the New Year and all the amazing things that are going to happen:)

SAD DAY:(

So it finally happened, my Expedition finally left me stranded. I was just thinking this last week how it'sbeen such a great car and so reliable. Then last night I picked my sister up from the airport and my radio stopped working and I couldn't roll down my windows:( So of course I called my Dad. LOL..... He told me my alternator was probably about to die, and he was right. It died minutes later on the freakiest blind curve. I seriously screamed five times because I thought someone was going to hit us. My sister was like "stop looking and be quiet". Finally we put our heads together and decided to get out of the car:) LOL....

Any ways we are safe and sound and my car is fixed and driving GREAT:)

Oh I love my friends:) Tonight I got to hang with two of my dearest friends who truly know how to make me laugh. When I get together with Janey and Jensen, we are all one big giggle:) Just like kids.... HEHE!!!!!! Jensen moved to Colorado about six months ago and I miss him soooo much but he always calls me when he's in SB. He's here a lot due to most of his weddings are destination weddings. if you ever have the opportunity to meet Jensen just run up and give him a hug:) now Janey, well we all know she's beyond WONDERFUL, need I say more!!!!!!!!!!

Love you guys!!!!!! Can't wait to hang with the both of you tomorrow night:) YAY!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. if you're in SB, our Pug group is meeting tomorrow night at Nu's. Michael and Anna Costa are the new pug leaders and they are going to rock our pug group:) Can't wait!!!!!!

Joey + Kim = SOOOOO CUTE:)

Yesterday, Janey and I got to shoot our good friend Joey's wedding. He's the one who programmed and put together our Albumesque website. He's definitely a talented guy. Now he's not only talented but happily married:) He married the sweetest and cutestest girl named kim. They are so perfect for each other and when they are together they both light up and are constantly smiling:) Janey and I had the best day with them. Congratulations Joey and Kim, we love you both and are sooooo happy for you:)

P.S. The little guy at the bottom remembered us from the two other weddings that we shot for this family, so he followed us around saying more pictures. Tooo funny:)

So I'm home safe and sound:) I really had the most amazing vacation with some of my best friends in the world:) I miss them all and am definitely having withdraws. I'm starting to realize more and more that I really enjoy being around people. Sometimes I think about getting my own place but I know I'd be to lonely. Even last night when I got home I was greeted by my roommates who we're all smiles and hugs:) It was so cute and I was so glad to have them in my life, otherwise I would have been sad:) They sure know how to make me laugh.


I also knew I'd be a little down today because I had to leave Missy and Gary but Janey met me down town and we went shopping and walked down State street which is fully decorated with Christmas lights. We've decided that we're going to walk down State every night:) YaY!!! Oh ya, hey Gary and Missy, we bought snow boots for Canada:) We're sooooo excited!!!!!!

Ok, I better get to bed. Janey and I are shooting our friend Joey's wedding tomorrow and I'm in charge of the family formals:( he's marrying the cutest girl ever. I'm super excited for them:)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GARY!!!!!!!

Today is Gary's official birthday:) The one thing he really wanted to do on his birthday was swim with dolphins. So in a hour we head out to meet our little FRIENDLY dolphins, who I was just informed have teeth:) "nice dolphin"

He is one of my best friends and he is such an amazing person. He is beyond generous and he makes me laugh like no other:) Happy Birthday Gary.......

I hope this day is perfect:)

SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!

On Friday, Missy threw Gary a surprise birthday party. it was sooo funny because he's really hard to surprise, probably because he's sooooo smart. I DON'T KNOW:) Anyways, I have known about this for a while now and I was afraid to talk to him on the phone, just in case I gave it away, but I didn't. YAY!!!!!! Point for me. He was totally shocked and I think it took him a few minutes before he figured out it was a surprise. Watch the video to see how oblivious he was:)

When I woke up this morning this is what I saw:) So beautiful!!!!! I just want to sit outside all day and soak it in:)

This has been an amazing week so far. As soon as I have a couple of minutes I'll post some pictures but right now I'm headed to the airport with DJ to catch our flight to Cancune where we'll meet up with Gary and Melissa.
