Coming home:)

I just had the most amazing Thanksgiving ever. For as long as I can remember we have always had Thanksgiving at our house with at least twenty people. This Thanksgiving was very different not only because we were in Idaho but because I had never met the family who invited us over. They were so welcoming and their two boys were so sweet and well mannered. As I was sitting with family and friends (laughing my head off) I thought, I'm so lucky to be here. I have an amazing family who I definitely take for granted but I love them soooo much and I don't know what I would do without them. I want to encourage you all to spend time with your family and close friends. I'm encourage everytime I spend it with love ones and never once do I look back and have regrets. One thing that my parents have always emphasized is spending time with family and I am so thankful for that because I know that when I have my own family I will do the same:)

Well tomorrow I head back to beautiful Santa Barbara:) I have to get up early to catch another ealry flight:( The good thing is I get in around 1:00, so that means I have the whole day to catch up on work and enjoy the beautiful weather:) I didn't share this with anyone but one of my bags didn't make it when I arrived in Boise. The reason why I didn't share that with anyone is I didn't want people to make fun of me for packing four bags and a purse:) hehe..... Oh well, it finally arrived!!!! YAY, just pray that they make it tomorrow:)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!!!

P.S. Originally I used the liquify tool on everyones face but mine, and my sister threw a fit so I let her do away with mine. My family is out of control:) LOL

Family Photos:)

For as long as I can remember my mom makes us take a family photo each year so she can send our family photos in each of her Christmas cards. This year my sister and I gave her a really hard time and we told her that we didn't think we'd have time and that we should take individual pictures and then she could send those instead. I think she almost cried and had a heart attack. We live to give her a hard time, but that only means we love her:) We tell her well you better get your family pictures now becasue once we're married it's going to get harder and harder to get us all together:) LOL..... So this afternoon we took our yearly family picture. My sister's roommate, Jessie, took them for us and she did a great job. I feel bad because she had to witness the fighting of who's going to sit in front and who gets to hide behind the other person. All I know is that when my sister and I get together our age drops 10 years. Oh sisters...........

Here's a couple shots from today:)

P.S. Yes my mom made us color coordinate. This year it was the color brown:)

This is where I'm going:)

So in three hours I need to be at the Santa Barbara airport to catch my 6:20 flight. WOW!!! RIght now I'm thinking that going to bed isn't an option. This will be my first Thanksgiving in Idaho, but at least I'll be with family/loveones, which is very important. One thing that I'm really looking forward to is hanging with my sister. She's adorable and I haven't seen in her in such a long time.

I'll be in Idaho untill Friday afternoon so if I don't get back to you right away you'll know why. Have a great Thanksgiving:)

Oh ya, Someone (you know who you are, and I don't want to embarrass you) asked me today where Idaho was, like it was another country. LOL..... So here's a map to show you just where I'll be:)

My mom has been reading the book "RIch Women", and every day she calls to tell me how I really need to read this book.
Anyways, my Mom and Dad are headed to Idaho right now and on their long road trip she called to read a quote from the book. It was pretty funny:)

Here's the quote......
"From birth to age eighteen, a girl needs good parents. From eighteen to thrity-five, she needs good looks. From thirty-five to fifty-five she needs a good personality. And from fifty-five on, she needs good cash." Sophie Tucker

I'm on my way to Finestra and afterwards I'll probably head over to Borders to pick up "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "Rich Women". I'm going to read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" first. Shhhhhh, don't tell:) LOL

Almost had a heart attack

Ok so my ipod froze up this afternoon and I thought after an hour or so it would start working again but three hours later it still wasn't working. Everyone would have been soooo proud because I didn't stress or worry at all until I was driving home and I remembered that I put somehting really important on my ipod. Then I started to think what if it crashed:O I almost started calling people to see what to do, but instead I googled "ipod freezing up". To my surprise there was instructions on how to restart my ipod. All I had to do was press the menu and select button down for 10 seconds and poof it was fixed:) YAY!!!!! I plugged my baby in and there she was safe and sound on my computer:)

Glass of wine anyone:) Just kidding!!!!

Things I learned:

#1. Back everything up
#2. Don't panic, stay calm:)

:@) Happy days!!!!!!

What an amazing week I had. I got to hang with friends and meet brand new ones:) YAY!!!!!!!

I was greeted in Chattanooga by the most beautiful faces, Addison and Austin. They are Nathan and Amber's kids and I absolutely love them. I soooo wanted to take them with me:) They are so smart and Austin uses words that I have never even used or heard of:) LOL... They are so well behaved, polite, caring, and always happy. I seriously could go on and on about the amazing job that Nathan and Amber are doing in raising their kids.

Nathan and Amber, thank you sooooo much for allowing me to stay with you guys. I love you both so much and I can't wait for this coming year. Crazy that we live thousands of miles away but see each other almost every other month:) You guys are amazing and are such a blessing in my life.

Here are a few pics from my trip:) Austin took some of them as well:) He's a natural.

Beautiful week so far:)

This week has been so amazing so far. Full of laughter, bridal luncheons, lack of sleep, and sleep overs. I seriously have had about 12 hours in the last three days:o) Anyways, Marie is a married women:) YAY!!!!!
She got married yesterday and she was one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen. Calm and polite is exactly how she was. A lot of people asked, were you tempted to be the photographer instead of being in the wedding????? Not really:) It was soooo much fun being in the wedding that I didn't really think about it. Of course the hardest part was during the bride and groom formals, because the truth of the matter is, that was the only time that I REALLY wanted to shoot. It was hard watching but I soon got over it when the reception/music started and I danced the whole night. Way toooo much fun!!!!

Here are some pics from the trip:)

So now I'm hanging with Amber and Nathan in Chattanooga. I was greeted by their two amazing/beautiful children Addison and Austin. I'll take some pics of them tomorrow. They are beyond gorgeous and the most well behaved children I have ever met.

P.S. Amber was in a huge accident on the way to pick me up and I just wanted to say that I'm soooo thankful you are alive and safe. Check back tomorrow for the full story.

I Made it:)

I was sooooo excited about this coming week I couldn't sleep and so I have been up since the crack of dawn. Oh yes, I have been up since 3:00am and caught a 7:00 flight out to Atlanta. After two flights and a two hour drive, I finally made it to Columbus Georgia:) Tomorrow I'm totally kicking back and working on my computer, working out, and hanging with some friends that I went to Brooks with:) Not only did I come here for Marie's wedding but it's also going to be a reunion. I haven't seen some of my Brooks friends for over 1 1/2 years so it will be nice to hang and just catch up. No photo assignments:) All Play:) YAY!!!!!! I'll post up some pictures tomorrow:)

P.S. This is Marie and Chris, aren't they cute?
